Welcome to Glimmer Classes, with me, Talia! These classes are meant to meet you where you are. They are 5-10 minutes long, short and sweet to ensure that you can get just a tiny bit of peace and goodness into your day. This first class is a nice seated yoga situation. We breathe, we stretch, we give thanks for our bodies and the ability to move and breathe.
